Hello Sweet Friends,
I’ve got another fabulous craft idea for you today; a Dollar Tree Easter vase. It’s a super EASY and very budget-friendly craft. After following my simple instructions, you should be able to whip this project out in no time. Or make several and give them as gifts for Easter.
As soon as you see how easy this project is, you’ll be hopping over to the nearest Dollar Tree for supplies. Believe me, it’s JUST that easy!
So without delay, let’s get started.
Supply list
- glass cylinder vase from Dollar Tree
- package of wood cut-out bunnies from Dollar Tree
- package of small Easter eggs from Dollar Tree
- Easter grass
- hot glue gun
- scissors
The first step for this project was gluing the eggs all around the bottom of the vase. I made sure to not to put two egg of the same color side by side. There were nine eggs total used.
Then right above the row of eggs, I glued a row of the small wood bunny cut-outs.There were eight bunnies total to get all the way around the vase.
I thought some Easter grass was needed to finish the vase, so I glued small amounts of it between the row of eggs and the the row of bunnies. Using scissors, I trimmed off any stray pieces.
Add a candle, and BAM, you’ve got yourself a super cute piece of Easter decor. I mean, how CUTE if this Easter vase/candleholder?
Real or faux flowers would be beautiful in this vase. Or some tall branches! So many possibilities, the sky’s the limit!
I hope you’ve been inspired by this simple DIY project and will be able to create something beautiful for your home.
Until next time……. Happy Crafting!
Pamela
