Hello Sweet Friends,
I have the CUTEST little DiY project for you today; a snowball wreath ornament. It was very easy to create and with a minimal number of supplies.
Most of the supplies for this craft were already on hand in my craft stash, so I didn’t even have to go to the craft store. It is definitely one of those get-creative-with-what-I-have-on-hand type of projects.
Follow along as I show you how I created this CUTE ornament! I know you’ll want to make one too.
Supply list
- 4 inch embroidery hoop
- 40-50 white pompoms “snowballs”
- ribbon
- few embellishments
- glue gun
- scissors

I used two different sizes of white pompoms for this DIY; the smaller ones are from Dollar Tree and the larger ones are from Michaels.

The majority of this craft involves glueing the pompoms to the embroidery hoop. I began with the larger pompoms and glued them along the outer perimeter of the hoop.

After I was finished with the outer perimeter, I moved on to the front of the hoop, where I glued more of the larger size pompoms. I did leave an opening at the top of the hoop for the ribbon and embellishments.

The inner ring looked a little bit bare, so I glued the smaller size pompoms around the inner part of the hoop. So when I was finished with the pompoms, the entire hoop was covered, except the back.

The final step for the DIY was to add the ribbon and embellishments. So I first glued on a small red bow. Then added a small snowman head (from Walmart) and a few white stems to finish it. And oh my gosh, how ADORABLE is this little guy??

I think this little ornament was just as CUTE with only the bow, but you know how I never know when to quit!
I hope you’ve enjoyed this quick little DIY, I know I really did. I hope you will give it a try!

Until next time….
Happy Crafting!
