Framed Succulent – 10 Minute Craft

You are here: Home / 10 Minute Crafts / Framed Succulent – 10 Minute Craft

Hello Sweet Friends,
No time for crafting? I gotcha COVERED! Today’s craft project takes a whopping 10 minutes to create. YES, you read that correctly! So grab your crafting supplies, follow along, and you’ll have a beautiful little framed succulent done as quick as a WINK!

Supply List

  • 4 X 4 Dollar Tree frame
  • adhesive cork sheet
  • faux succulent
  • Spanish moss
  • scissors
  • glue gun

The frame, cork sheet, succulent, and moss all were from Dollar Tree.

Begin by removing the frame backing. Remove the glass and set to side or discard.
Cut a square of the cork sheet to fit the frame, using the paper insert as a pattern or template.

Leave the backing on the cork square and insert it into the frame.
Replace the frame backing.

After removing the clip, glue the succulent in the center of the frame.
Glue a small amount of moss at the base of the succulent.

And BAM, you’re finished!!
How CUTE is this little framed succulent. It’s perfect for a window sill, shelf, tray, or gallery wall.

I am totally LOVING this!
It will easily coordinate with any decor!

I hope I’ve given you inspiration for your next quick-as-a-wink craft project!

Happy Crafting!

Pamela

Meet Pamela, the Creator

Pamela, Creator

Born and raised in rural, Missouri, I'm a wife of 30 years and mother to one adult son.

My interest in all things artsy-craftsy began as a young girl. If there was a craft kit for it, I've probably tried it: paint-by-number, latch-hooking rugs, candle-making, shrinky-dinks, string-art, etc. I loved them all! For many years I was able to express my creativity on-the-job as a florist, and love using silk florals in my home decorating projects.

I'm excited to share my crafting and home decorating ideas with you. I like finding that perfect thrift store item and crafting something new out of it, or giving that old piece of furniture a new life with a fresh coat of paint. I hope my projects will inspire you to get craftsy and create things to help decorate a home you love.

Happy Crafting!
